Construction And Validation Of Teachers’ Motivation Scale For Higher Secondary Students

Abstract
In the present study Teachers’ Motivation Scale (TMS) has been constructed and standardized for the Higher Secondary Students. This Scale consists of 45 statements. The simple random sampling technique was used for the present investigation. The sample consists of 80 Higher Secondary Students randomly selected from Salem District. The “Cronbach’s Alpha” technique was used to regulate the tool. The new Teachers’ Motivation Scale (TMS) for Higher Secondary Students was developed with 50 statements in which 45 items were retained. The new Teachers’ Motivation Scale will be used as a research instrument in the final study.
